Gang Rules- Empty Gang Rules-

GR-1) Mass Recruiting/OOC Inviting:
Inviting new members or re-inviting old members before and/or during a turf/point is strictly prohibited.

You are also obligated to roleplay with the recruited members in order to invite them. Kicking a member out of the gang must be roleplayed properly before attempting to do so.

Newly recruited members have to wait 30 minutes to start attending points/turfs.

GR-2) Gang NPC Placement:
You are not allowed to place your Drug or Arms Dealer NPC in the public street/view.

GR-3) Abuse/Misuse Of Gang Stash Placement:
Any Gang Leader (R6) that is caught abusing their gang stash will receive a strike. Any gang abusing gang placement such as placing there gang stash in a location that cannot be seen or obtainable will receive a gang strike.
Example: You're in turf, you realize you forgot guns so you just /gang stash confirm your stash at the turf.​

GR-4) Gang War - Bandana KoS:
Gangs must roleplay waging war on each other properly by any means they see fit. Ending the war must be roleplayed too.

Gangs who are at war can Kill each other on sight only if both parties have their bandanas on.

GR-5) Gang Kill:
Gang members executing someone who was apart of their family (kicked or left by themselves), results in the executed target losing their memory and everything about their gang. It can be forced upon a former member with a simple /do command after roleplay, i.e "/do You have been gang killed".

GR-6) Leader Limitations:
All gangs may have 4 R6s and 7 R5s ONLY. Exceeding the limitations will result in a strike.

GR-7) Promoting, Demoting, and Kicking:
Gang leaders may kick whoever they like for whatever reason they see fit. We will no longer force gang leaders to keep people they do not want.
R6s may give members R5 just to capture a turf/point ONLY if they're below the leader limit(relate to GR 7).

GR-Cool Gang Strikes:
Leaders Breaking Server/Gang Rules:
Slot-holder OOC Prisoned. (( Unacceptable; any rules broken will lead to a strike for a slot-holder ))
R6/R5 OOC Prisoned. (( DM, PG, DoubleCap, LTA - Depends on the discussion with gang moderators ))
3 Gang Members OOC Prisoned in the same situation. (( Unacceptable; any rules broken will lead to a strike for the gang))


Gangs with [1/3] strikes are allowed to capture only 12 turfs & only 5 points.
Gangs with [2/3] strikes are allowed to capture only 7 turfs & 3 points.

A gang strike will be removed 7 days after the day of the given strike.

Striked members affect the entire gang. Gangs are allowed 3 strikes maximum. R5s and R6s must be responsible for their members.

GR-10) Inactivity:
If the slot-holder does not log in for 5 days (without any justification) the gang will be issued a strike. 7 days of inactivity and the gang will be disbanded. However, if we see the gang going totally inactive, we have the right to disband it without giving any strike.
If an R5 or R6 remains active and continues keeping the gang alive they may have their chance to lead the gang regardless of the slot holder's opinion. ((Depends on the situation and or Gang Management))

It is an obligatory for the Slot-Holder to post an LoA before going inactive for a certain amount of time.

Gang-Strike -> Gang Removal

GR-11) Vehicles:
Upon applying, level 1-3 gangs will receive such vehicles as DFT-100, Dune, Maverick, NRG-500, Sultan, and Patriot as perks.
Dune: You can receive this as a level 1 gang.
Sultan: You can receive this as a level 1 gang.
DFT-100: You will have to unlock this perk by leveling your gang to a 2.
Maverick: You will have to unlock this perk by leveling your gang to a 2.
NRG-500: You will have to unlock this perk by leveling your gang to a 3.
Patriot: You will have to unlock this perk by leveling your gang to a 3.

GR-12) Leadership:
As a gang-slot holder, you are not allowed to swap leadership in your gang without permission from the Director of Gang Management.
Leaving your gang slot without any notice for whatever reason will result in disbanding your gang and being blacklisted from posting gang applications.

GR-14) Theft Gang Stash:
Gang Members will sometimes attempt to betray their gang by stealing from the gang's stash, and if a gang member is looking forward to doing so in the future, he must not go beyond the limits listed below:
Weapons: A total of 10 weapons only
Materials: A total of 15,000 only.
Cash: $10,000 only.
Drugs: A total of 100g only.
You must wait for at least a day before stealing the stash again

15 minutes prison -> Gang Refund.

GR-16) Gang Alliances
OOCly forming an alliance strictly forbidden, it should be roleplayed ICly and properly when doing so. If a gang leader ((R6)) was caught attempting to form an alliance OOCly and not roleplayed properly, e.g over OOC chats, /G, /PM, etc, the gang will receive a strike.

GR-17) Alternative Accounts:
It is forbidden to use your alternative accounts to join gangs, while you are already in a gang on your main account, please refrain from creating alts to join other gangs.
